Q: Is the material fire retardant?

A: Yes, fire retardant materials are used in every one of our suites

Q: How long must I wait for my suite if my choice of setting is not in stock?

A: Four weeks for traditional suites and six weeks for modern suites is the average, depending on availability of colours

Q: Is there a change made for delivery

A: Delivery of your Nelsons suite is £15 if  withine distance of 25 miles . delivery further distance can be arranged at a reasonable rate

Q: What choice of colours do I have?

A: You can choose from a wide selection of self colours or antiqued shades

Q: How do I keep my leather suite looking good?

A: Nelsons recommend a wipe over with a damp cloth followed by a polish up with a duster. Twice a year, a coat of hide food may be applied. DO NOT use any silicone based products on your leather suite.

Q: How do I place an order?

A:We note the full details of your required setting and you pay a deposit of £100. The balance is payable when your order is delivered.
